A few days ago, we reported to you on the attack on the cookie store Just Cookies in Indianapolis. This store refused to fill an order for cupcakes with "rainbow icing" to celebrate IUPUI's Come Out of the Closet Day. They were immediately attacked by homosexuals and the city of Indianapolis which owns the building the store is located in. The store was threatened for closure due to their "discrimination". Now here is the update. The store has been swamped with business. They were forced to hire another staff person to fulfill all the demands as supporters have come out in force to purchase their cookies. They have been so busy, they have literally run out of cookies at times. Mayor Ballard, a so-called Republican Mayor of Indianapolis had seemed to advocate the stores closure. Now in typical politician fashion, Ballard has seemingly backed down and has refused further interviews on the subject. The store's business has increased and we are so glad of that. We are glad that this is proving there are a lot of good people out there that won't be intimidated to stand with people willing to take a stand. Some 200 gays have written letters to try to destroy the business of the store, but they have failed miserably. We thank God for His blessings on the store and we pray that the business will continue to pick up and grow until maybe they will have to move out of the worthless city's building and go to a new location to handle all of the business that comes in. Maybe then Ballard and his buddies can open a "rainbow store" there. Congratulations to Just Cookies.
